EM only uses the information we collect about you to process your transactions. When you register at EM, we collect your name, email addresses, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date in order to process and fulfil your purchases. When sales leads are processed, EM may make available historical data on bidding activity available to all our subscribers. This data however will be restricted to general data such as; bid amount and ranked position. This data is made available to allow our customers set appropriate bidding levels and monitor their bidding position and will in no breach individual privacy.

Sharing data with third parties Upon registration with EM, each of our customers is assigned an anonymous account number, which we use to track customer transactions. This account number is different from any custom login ID selected by you. Our anonymous account numbers may be used to measure traffic and visiting patterns on the EM website. We may also compile statistics and other data about our customers on an aggregated basis, and may share such aggregated data with selected third parties. EM can (and you authorise us to) release any information about you when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements, enforce other EM rights, or protect the rights, property or safety of EM, the EM web site, our users, or others. Further, as permitted by applicable law, EM can (and you authorise us to) disclose your login ID, name, street, address, country, phone number, email, company and any other information in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy or other unlawful activity whenever EM in its sole discretion believes necessary or appropriate.
Nothing in this privacy policy shall affect or restrict EM's ability to sell or transfer such data as part of a sale or transfer of all or substantially all of its assets and you consent to our doing so. In addition, we may share information about you with third parties as necessary to complete a transaction requested by you. (i.e. financial institutions during credit card payments). Login ID & Password Always keep your EM login ID and password secret to prevent a third party from accessing or making changes to your account. Ensure that when finished management of your account that you log off correctly. If you use a browser at a public internet cafe you should not bookmark EM pages and you should clear the browser cache and quit the browser completely when you are finished using EM. As a precaution, even if someone obtains both your login ID and password, our system restricts access to your credit card information.
