When and how am I billed for the leads I receive? Enquiry Market™ operates a post-paid facility for all our customers. You pay only for enquiries you've actually received, so you are not billed in advance. We create an invoice and bill you at the end of every month, or after a certain amount of charges have built up. (as determined by your credit limit. The default credit limit is € 200). For customers who meet our criteria, we will consider increasing credit limits beyond € 200. Although credit limits cannot be increased in all cases, we are happy to review all such requests. Please note that if you are approved for a credit limit increase beyond € 200, your card will be billed every 30 days or earlier if your new limit is reached.

What is Enquiry Market's guarantee? Enquiry Market™ has put in place a quality control process in order to maximise the quality of our leads. If I go on holidays, how do I pause my account? You may pause your account at any time by either reducing the maximum number of leads to zero (0). Reducing your bid amount below the current reserve price will have the same effect also.

How long will it take for my account to be activated? Your account is activated immediately after your registration process has completed successfully.

How long after registration will I receive sales leads? Depending upon your bid amount you should expect to receive enquiries the next day.
