When and how am I billed for the leads I receive? Enquiry Market™ operates a post-paid facility for all our customers.
You pay only for enquiries you've actually received, so you are not
billed in advance. We create an invoice and bill you at the end of
every month, or after a certain amount of charges have built up.
(as determined by your credit limit. The default credit limit is €
200). For customers who meet our criteria, we will consider
increasing credit limits beyond € 200. Although credit limits
cannot be increased in all cases, we are happy to review all such
requests. Please note that if you are approved for a credit limit
increase beyond € 200, your card will be billed every 30 days or
earlier if your new limit is reached.
What is Enquiry Market™'s guarantee? Enquiry Market™ has put in place a quality control process in order to
maximise the quality of our leads. We guarantee that each lead you
receive from us is: (a) submitted by a real customer; (b) submitted for the product or
service category that you requested; (c) submitted for the service
territory you specified; (d) not from one of your unwanted
countries; and (e) delivered to you (as a winning bidder) as
quickly as possible after the request for quote submission. If a lead that
fails to meet these criteria slips through our quality control
process and is sent to you, you can request a credit against that
lead.
Can I make
changes to my account online?
You can change your account details at anytime by logging in to your
online customer interface. Your online customer interface allows you to view
and edit your
contact details, view and print statements, and control the flow of
leads to you.
How many other suppliers will receive the lead?
Visitors to Enquiry Market™ purpose built web-sites and partner
sites have the option to select the
number of quotations or replies that they would like to receive in
order to make a qualified decision. We have set a maximum of
3 replies for each enquiry.
If I go on holidays, how
do I pause my account? You may pause your account at any
time by either reducing the maximum number of leads to zero (0).
Reducing your bid amount below the current reserve price will have
the same effect also.
How long will it take for my account to be activated?
Your account is activated immediately after your registration
process has completed successfully.
How long after registration will I receive sales leads? Depending upon your bid amount you should
expect to receive enquiries the next day.
